eeeeeatscon Miami brings together restaurants from all over the country, with a focus on Miami. Sometimes, you can get a crossover between multiple restaurants. In this case, Edan Bistro and COTOA teamed up to create an exclusive booth at the food festival. The two restaurants physical locations are next door to each other so this was the natural next step. Serving up delicious steak and jamon, the tent brought high-class tapas to the festival. The real star was the Basque Cheesecake which is without question the best cheesecake I’ve ever eaten.
