Mardi Gras Crawfish Boil
New Orleans, LA
Fat Fork Rating: 🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴 (5/5)
Chef NB brought his crawfish boil supplies to Fat Fork Society HQ for a Mardi Gras Crawfish Boil. While crawfish season typically runs from January to July, the peak season with the biggest crawfish are found March to May. With Mardi Gras falling in early February, we found ourselves right outside peak season. Fortunately, Chef NB was able to bring a ton of flavor to the 48 lbs of crawfish consumed on Mardi Gras Saturday. Peel the tail, suck the head and eat the tail then celebrate with some parades!
