Amaya is a Mexican restaurant in The Cosmopolitan hotel in Las Vegas. While the food is quite good, the pricing is very steep. You pay $23 for tacos. That said, if you are willing to embrace the pricing, the food is good. The portions leave much to be desired and the ambience is nothing special. Very standard Las Vegas restaurant that charges more than it’s worth.
