El Tigre is an Asian restaurant in Zona 14 in La Ciudad de Guatemala. It’s a Peruvian-Japanese fusion with delicious sushi rolls, ceviches and izakaya bites. The food is creative and really good. The pricing and portion are great and you can really eat good. The only issue was the service. If you can get past the subpar service, this food is incredible and definitely worth the stop.
